Online Yoga Classes
I have teamed up with Jen Walpole, a nutritionist who specialises in women’s health, specifically hormone balance, to offer a FREE women’s wellness virtual retreat – a full day of self-care!

It will include yoga sessions where we will focus on mental health, hormone balance and of course, deep relaxation.

Jen will be talking to you about how nutrition can help to balance our hormones and we will also be doing a Q&A together for you to ask us your burning nutrition & yoga questions.

We will also have guest speakers so please watch this space for more information on who will be joining us!

We can let you know that we will have Ella. O, a qualified transformational breath facilitator who will be taking you through a Transformational Breathing practice. During this event you will have a brief overview of the potential and power that is contained in your breath and be guided through an online breathing experience that will introduce you to your breath in a completely new and powerful way!

No prior experience of breathwork is required to attend this event, this is one not to miss, I have experienced this myself and it is an amazing experience!

There is a fixed a timetable and you will be able to dip in and out of the live sessions, they will all be recorded so if you cannot make them you can catch up later.  As the retreat is in January and we all know how dull January can be, we have decided to give away goody bags to everyone that attends three or more live sessions!  We feel this is a good incentive for people to try and take time out for themselves and enjoy this retreat.  Use this time to self-care and start the year in a positive and balanced mindset!
