Hello, I’m Angela, a Pilates teacher, Hypnobirthing Practitioner & Women’s Wellness Coach, based in Harpenden.
I empower pregnant women and prepare them physically and emotionally for motherhood and birth.
I support and educate postnatal women to heal and strengthen their body, repair their core, rehab their pelvic floor and get moving safely at a pace that is right for them.
I am passionate about empowering and enabling women to build a positive relationship with their body during pregnancy, postnatally and well into motherhood.
My Pilates classes provide mums with time that is ALL about them: a weekly sanctuary to take well-deserved time out to focus on themselves, breathe, release tension, feel stronger and be part of a community of like-minded women.
I am hands-on; I care deeply and, most of all, I bring a wealth of knowledge and personal experience that supports women in their own personal journey of recovery.
About the talk:
For my Pelvic Health Talk I thought I would demystify the pelvic floor and answer some of the most frequent questions I get asked about pelvic floor exercises. For example what is the pelvic floor, what the best exercises for your pelvic floor are, how you know you are doing your exercises correctly and what to do if you are experiencing any leaks when coughing, sneezing, running, jumping or even shouting. It’s a talk that always proves to be popular and is one not to be missed!
